OM(Orchestra Model) Guitars – Built by 2GL
OM(orchestra model)/000 guitars were developed by the C.F. Martin Guitar Company in the 1920’s as a response to musicians needing a louder guitar to play in band situations. The OM/000 has regained popularity since the 70’s and particularly after Eric Clapton played his 000 on his unplugged concerts. The OM/000 is especially favored by singer/songwriters, finger style players and acoustic blues artists.
